Data we receive
The form asks for a phone number or email and an optional business name. A chosen pricing plan adds product and term context. The server processes technical request data to operate and protect the website. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive information.
Why we process data
We use your contact details to answer your enquiry and discuss the service you requested. Technical information supports security and diagnostics. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Analytics requires separate permission.
Cookies and local storage
The locale cookie remembers language. rengilab-theme in localStorage remembers the theme. rengilab-consent-v1 stores your analytics choice for up to 180 days. They are not used for advertising. After permission, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.
Service providers and transfers
The website uses hosting and a configured enquiry delivery service. Demo photos may load from images.unsplash.com, which receives technical request information. If analytics is configured and permitted, Google receives page and interaction data. We do not send contact details or business names to analytics. Providers may process data outside your country.
Retention and protection
Access to enquiries is restricted to people handling your request. Data is needed for the reply and subsequent conversation. Contractual records follow the applicable retention requirements. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your enquiry. Enquiry content is not written to ordinary server logs.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw analytics permission. Other rights and complaints to a supervisory authority depend on applicable law. We may need to verify ownership of the contact details before handling a request.
